After an extensive discovery and competitive analysis process, the customer-facing web experience was reimagined to provide exciting galleries and differentiating virtual tour experiences in order to unlock new markets, and positioning the brand for continued growth. An improved wayfinding experience was also designed to feel innovative, warm, and easy to use, yet also showcase the luxurious lifestyle and sense of community you discover at each facility.
