As construction of the Ritz’s exclusive forty-story residential tower in the heart of the Magnificent Mile was in progress, a sophisticated ad campaign and microsite was developed that exuded the essence of the luxurious lifestyle that could be experienced and expected by potential owners. The goal was to sell the residences before the final coat of paint was on the wall by highlighting the exclusive amenities and exciting attractions of that Chicago had to offer right at your feet.
